the location is amazing! i walked everywhere easily. the staff were so friendly. the breakfast had tons of options and tasted really good!
The room seemed quite small. It felt a little cramped. the tv sound was awful and muffled. it barely had any channels to choose from. the window looked directly at a wall, quite disappointing

helpful staff quiet room good location air conditioning hot room esg policy
I appreciated the helpful staff. The room was also quiet. The location allowed easy access to many places.
I noticed the air conditioning turned off at midnight due to the ESG policy. This meant I woke up several times to turn it back on. The rooms got quite HOT. I think this policy needs reevaluation.

The location was superb. I walked to temple meads with ease. the staff seemed helpful and friendly throughout my stay. blackout blinds in the room ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. the room had all necessary equipment and it was quiet..
i found the room to be quite cold, and the heating seemed temperamental. the bathroom, in particular, felt chilly. this.

excellent location quiet room unfitting bedsheets understaffed restaurant
The location was excellent, right in the city center. Plenty of pubs and restaurants are very close. the room was quiet. It was exactly what i needed.
The bed sheets could have fit the bed better, i had to remake it. there could have been more than one bottle of water in the fridge. the in-house restaurant was understaffed on a friday night, so the service for drinks and food was really slow.
